Hiawatha trail interpretive displays |
|||||
The United States Forest Service, which owns the Hiawatha Trail between East Portal, Montana and Falcon, Idaho, has created a bicycle and hiking trail illustrated by 46 "interpretive panels" describing the history of the Milwaukee Road rail line in the area. The creator of the panels, Grady Myers (1949-2011), was a graphic information specialist for the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, which administers the Trail.
